Eligibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Upload illegal, defamatory, or infringing material
- Bypass usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate the platform
- Share, sell, or transfer your account
AI Disclaimer
InternIQ's AI provides guidance only. It is not a recruiter, a hiring manager, or a legal advisor. InternIQ does not guarantee:
- Jobs or internships
- Interview invitations or offers
- Specific hiring decisions or outcomes
Subscription Plans
InternIQ currently offers the following plan tiers:

- Plus — expanded usage and priority AI access
- Pro — full access, premium templates, advanced analytics

Refund Policy
A refund policy will apply when paid plans launch. Refund eligibility, timeframes, and dispute resolution will be published before billing begins.
Intellectual Property
InternIQ branding, UI, source code, AI workflows, prompts, and content are owned by InternIQ. You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you upload — you grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InternIQ is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or pose risk to other users or our infrastructure.
Updates
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via the app or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which InternIQ is formally established. The specific governing jurisdiction will be specified once the business entity is finalized.
