How We Use Data
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve InternIQ's features
- Generate personalized resume, ATS, and interview insights
- Maintain account security and prevent abuse

- Send important service updates (we do not sell your data, ever)
AI Processing
Gemini AI (Google) processes your resume content and prompts strictly to provide the analysis and career insights you request. Your resume is not used to train third-party foundation models. AI outputs are guidance — see our Terms for the full disclaimer.
Data Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored encrypted at rest with our cloud infrastructure provider. Access is restricted with row-level security so only you can read your records. We follow industry-standard practices including least- privilege access, audit logging, and routine reviews.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and local storage entries required for authentication and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. A cookie banner will be added when non-essential analytics cookies are introduced.
Third-Party Services
- Google Authentication — sign-in
- Gemini API (Google) — AI analyses
- Firebase / cloud database — secure storage
- Razorpay (future) — payments for Pro plans
These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own policies.
Data Retention
We retain your account and analyses for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and uploads are removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights
You can at any time:
- Download a copy of your data
- Delete individual resumes, analyses, or reports
- Delete your account
- Request removal of any personal information
